Hello William Cappel Elementary Families,
The LCRiii district is putting on a holiday card design competition K-12. Art teachers have been asked to promote this with their students and encourage them to submit an image. Attached is a flier with more information that you can show student(s). If they are interested in participating, here is the direct link to the submission form.  The deadline for entry submission is right around the corner. All submissions are due Tuesday, November 25th.

Designs can be made with any media (including digital, photographs of 3D work, paint, marker and pencil). Artwork should have inclusive wording, so phrases like "Happy Holidays," "Winter Wishes," or "Season's Greetings" are preferred. If holiday symbols are included, be sure to include multiple religions or secular images like snowmen or snowflakes. Three winners will be chosen for printing/publication (no release forms are needed yet). Please feel free to reach out to Mr. Edgar with any questions you may have.
